Preparation for research and development manager
Job responsibilities:
1. To complete the project work
2. Responsible for lead the team to undertake research and development projects, to undertake the project quality and progress.
3. Be responsible for the daily operation of preparation laboratory
4. Develop a plan of project development plan and coordinate the execution, analyzes the problems in research and development and in a timely manner to solve;
5. According to a new drug registration regulations, responsible for writing or guide the writing drug declaration information, original records
6. Coordinate with technical information and production technology transfer;
7. Maintain preparation process related quality system
Job requirements:
1. With pharmaceutical preparations and related professional master's degree or above;
2. 5 years experience in research and development of preparation;
3. Team management experience
4. The injection development or production experience is preferred;
5. Good communication, coordination, development ability;
6. Be familiar with the new drug preclinical study and clinical declare relevant laws and regulations and relevant research guiding principle;
7. To understand the pharmaceutical industry development trend of international and domestic, familiar with the new drug research and development policies;
